
Rhiannon Mulherin
Rhiannon moved from Australia to the UK to pursue a PhD in solar energy, then worked for the Department of Energy and Climate Change before making the transition to Shell in 2013. She started in what was then Future Energy Technologies, acting as a commercial lead on low carbon venture capital deals. In 2014 when Shell began to look into restarting its renewable energy business Rhiannon co-wrote the Wind business plan and re-entry strategy. For the next 5 years Rhiannon’s various roles encompass company and project mergers and acquisitions (M&A), power market and renewable investment fundamentals and decarbonisation pathways. Since 2019 Rhiannon has been leading on Shell’s re-entry into UK large B2B power supply and is currently leading our integrated customer interface for decarbonisation solutions.
