Ollie Rosevear joined Pub & Hotel group Fuller Smith and Turner as Director of Sustainability in 2021. He is responsible for leading their journey towards Net Zero by 2040 and developing a wider ESG strategy. Prior to Fullers Ollie spent the previous 11 years as Head of Environment for Costa Coffee where he helped design their BREEAM Outstanding Roastery & was responsible for developing the award winning Zero Energy EcoPod concept.
