At Twisted Kombucha, we believe in making kombucha as it should be made – traditionally fermented with the mother. We do not use big machines, short cut methods, concentrated kombucha or pasteurization, and acidifiers. We believe in making our kombucha the way it was intended to be made, with no adulteration or shortcuts that would defeat the purpose of drinking it for its live probiotic benefits.
In addition to providing great-tasting and healthy drinks, we are also committed to sustainability. Our bottles are fully recyclable, and our SCOBY and tea leaves are passed on to a local artisan skincare company to make soap and vegan “leather” textiles.
